Alessio Viscontini hair couture

After following him on Instagram for 2 years, finally I travelled from Switzerland to Rome to find the famous hairdresser Alessio Viscontini. I have never been happier with my hairstyle. Alessio is very professional, highly talented, whatever he creates is a masterpeace of hairart! I m so glad to have met the whole staff; Best Office Manager ever; Filippo, Ilenia (as talented as Alessio himself), Francesca and Livia. They all took lovely care of me and I truly felt like a Star! I came for a balayage and litterly they made a huge mess and destroy to my hair. Despite of my awarness of italiano, i asked from two photos what i was lookig for and they made my hair blond and orange. Was not even a balayage and they where telling me that i was looking gorgeous when i could see them talking (coworkers) and everyone looking at me like ugh.. the girl that had to do my job was nervous and she felt sorry for having to do this job when the guy from the stablishment made her do it. In fact, perhaps i had bvery bad luck and was only to my, but i had to pay 118 euro for that job, but well, they gave me for free a nutrition ttreatment and color and hair cut fr the next day for the inconvenience.

After years of problems with my hair, always leaving unsatisfied, I had the opportunity to try this salon and I was entrusted to Alfredo, extremely professional, in his manner, he advised me perfectly, finding the right color and cut for me. Super disappointed. When I went to get my hair done I asked for highlights, but they strongly "advised" me against it, despite the fact that I confirmed several times that I wanted to do them, also telling me that these are things that only fifty-year-olds do and constantly asking me "are you sure?" in an unmistakably disgusted manner. In reality they said many things, even more questionable ones, but I want to report only the things of which I am certain. I wanted to achieve a natural result by lightening some locks and making them hazelnut in color. I already had bleached tips that I didn't like, so I would have liked to have some tips re-darkened to have a more homogeneous result as I didn't like the difference between the dark of the root and the light of the tips, but they told me that they didn't like it. put 3000 colors in my head, so they wouldn't do it. Then they told me that with my hair they couldn't make the highlights start from the roots and they would have done a shade. Given the belief, I accept, even if there was no real explanation motivating this, however they said that the nuance would be very close to the root. The important thing for me was to have some highlights and that they didn't bleach all my tips and they told me they would do it for me... They then immediately started doing balayage on me, a completely different technique. At the end of the process they told me honestly that they would never actually do highlights on me. Now I find myself with dark roots as always and the tips more discolored than before. All of this cost me a good €200. Furthermore, a few days before I had called the salon, as they had also made a mistake in making my appointment, putting me in the other location of the salon without notifying me (the other one was closed for work in progress) and having already paid a €50 deposit. with a bank transfer to schedule my appointment. Only I noticed the mistake thanks to an Instagram story they had posted, announcing the new opening of that salon weeks after the day of my appointment. The thing that amazes me is that before they even saw me they had already signed me up for balayage when I had communicated from the beginning that I wanted to do highlights. I attach photos of the hair I had, then of the result I wanted and then what I got. The color didn't even come out well, as I have more orange locks (especially in the front) and others that are blonder. the papers on my face with the discoloration made my eyes constantly burn, so much so that for the whole following day I continued to feel severe discomfort in my eyes. Unfortunately I wasn't listened to, both because they thought I couldn't know what looked best on me, but also just for the fact that regardless of all this, it doesn't matter what is better or what is worse, but what I want, given that I am paying. Lastly, I asked for a wavy hair style, which came out badly, and after 10 minutes it had all come apart. In the attached photo I was still in the salon. I believe that all these errors were made due to an inability to know how to do the required work despite the fact that the girl worked hard. I still appreciated his effort, but if I hadn't paid that €50 deposit I would definitely have left, because when I arrived unfortunately it was already in bad shape... because a request for highlights can't horrify a hairdresser so much. Unfortunately I made the mistake of continuing to think positively even at the end of the result and I was satisfied (!!!). Shortly after I left the salon I began to realize the damage they had caused me and in the following days I realized more and more. However, the damage had already been done and my judgment at that moment had no restorative power, other than finding myself in a difficult situation after the whole day spent there (5 hours). I feel I have to specify all this because I have seen very aggressive handling of objections and this is what I would like to avoid.
